Rocco’s passion for what he does lets him uncover the inner beauty we all have, transforming the lives of everyone that he touches.

Rocco is synonymous with the energy of beauty. “Every human being is beautiful,” he says. “What sometimes happens is that the circumstances of a particular time in our life – emotional, sentimental or professional have effects on our physical side.  At those moments, our task is to understand those circumstances, to bring out the energy of beauty that is within everyone, to become allies to rescue it. “

Ever since Rocco came to Miami in June 2004 and opened his salon Rocco Donna Hair and Beauty Art, Rocco has had a very clear objective: to transmit the energy of beauty to everyone who enter in his salon on South Beach.  His target audience: everyone who wants to look their best, feel great, and at the same time, be at the cutting edge of haircut and color trends.

Rocco Donna Hair and Beauty Art, the concept has more than two decades of existence, since 1991 a brand presence in Argentina, begun in the city of Rosario.  It was born as a family business, and it continues to maintain the same spirit, combining with it the knowledge and experience that was acquired by Rocco and his brother Fabrizio in Paris, Milan, London and Barcelona, as well as marketing studies by Rocco.  All of it was added to the essence, a doctrine Rocco inherited from his father who had over 55 years experience in the beauty industry, “Do everything with the heart.”

Along with founding his salon on Miami Beach, Rocco, with his talent and charisma, began working with artists, celebrities and the famous, doing video productions, photo shoots, and TV productions, which finally brought him to being “The Stylist of The Stars”.  Many world famous celebrities trust his talent, and place in his hands the look and image transformations that are required for their career.  (List of celebrities attached)

For more than six years, Rocco has been part of the radio show, “Tu Desayuno Musical”, with a segment he calls  “De Todo un Poco con Rocco”, broadcast every Thursday morning on Radio Amor 107.5, (Univision Radio) alongside radio hosts Javier Romero, Paula Arcila and Osvaldo Vega.   Rocco gives beauty and hair care tips to all listeners.

Rocco also has a segment called “Transformando Vidas”, every Friday on “Un Nueva Dia”, Telemundo-NBC-Universal, where he offers amazing beauty tips and incredible makeovers to viewers who communicate with him via social networks and e-mails.  These transformations not only make the person look better, they also make the person feel better, and help with their self-esteem. 

For the past two years, Rocco has been part of The Huffington Post, where he has his own beauty blog that has more than 90,000 views per week.  In the blog he writes about hair as well as everything related to beauty and fashion.

In 2014, Rocco rejoined the ranks of People en Espanol, and began to give beauty tips and record “how to” videos for People en Espanol.com.  Prior to that, Rocco had written a column called  “Glamorous with Rocco” for more than four years in that popular magazine.

Rocco is constantly participating in different TV productions for Telemundo, Univision and CNN en Espanol. Aimed at the Latin American market, he has participated in several productions for Discovery, Home and Health, Glitz and others.

Since 2006 Rocco has been the spokesman for Unilever products such as Suave Professionals, Dove, Clear, and “Vive Mejor” campaign, where he is in charge of promoting the brand nationwide, specifically to the Latino market, by means of travel and social media.  With Suave Professionals, Rocco has traveled the country far and wide, spreading the message to all his followers.

In March 2013, Rocco joined the ranks of the creative team of Aloxxi Professional Color as Artistic Advisor, participating in professional level hair styling shows both  across the country and internationally, giving seminars and conferences in Spanish and English to both Spanish speaking and English speaking stylists.  Rocco also participates in advanced education seminars for professional stylists at the Aloxxi Academies located in Los Angeles and New York.

Rocco participates annually with his team in different beauty shows in the USA and Latin America, where he and his team share their particular beauty and styling skills: in ABS Chicago, ISSE Chicago, ISSE Long Beach, Premiere Orlando Show, IBS NYC, IBS Las Vegas, Cosmoprof Las Vegas, MBCC & Beauty Miami, I Beauty Show Fort Lauderdale, San Juan Beauty Show, and  in Latin America: Sao Paulo, Curitiba, Porto Alegre (Brazil) and Buenos Aires and Rosario (Argentina).

With his broad vision and aware of the need for beauty professionals in TV productions and photo shoots as well as other areas.

Rocco has created an agency of talented hair stylists and make- up artists to work behind the scenes and be responsible for the look of all the participants, where the team of Rocco Donna Agency, prepared by himself, participates in beauty events, photo sessions, fashion shows, and TV productions such as:
Nuestra Belleza Latina, Mira Quien Baila, Teleton, Republica Deportiva, La Voz Kids, Grachi, CNN en Espanol, Premios Lo Nuestro, Premios Juventud, Premios Billboard, benefit events, among others.  As such it is responsible for helping create and preserve the image of all the participants in these productions.  It is one more way to transmit the energy of beauty.

For 11 years, Rocco has been developing a platform of marketing related to hair, beauty, fashion and lifestyle, called “Miami Hair, Beauty & Fashion by Rocco Donna”.  Its annual  “Pink Carpet” event with celebrities, and its motto: “Beauty with a Conscience”, held to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation has become a classic and is highly anticipated every year.  The event involves celebrities, socialites, actors and actresses, and television and radio personalities. The show itself presents collections from different designers and hair and makeup trends presented by the artistic team of Rocco Donna Hair and Beauty Art and the Rocco Donna Agency. The event receives full coverage and exposure by the local, national and international media.

In 2015 Rocco was able to fulfill another of his biggest dreams, to launch his own line of professional products for hair care, Rocco Donna Professional product line.  RDP, is the result of many years of experience, research, development and much passion.  Rocco Donna Professional with a complex blend of unique exotic oils called “Roccoil” is a premium line like no other.
